Zimbabwe made history on the evening of Wednesday, October 23, when they posted the highest score in T20 cricket history. In the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Sub-Regional Africa Qualifier against Gambia, Sikandar Raza’s team drew attention by scoring a massive 344 runs. Previously, the world record for the highest score in T20 cricket was held by Nepal, who scored 314 runs against Mongolia in 2023. Among Full Member nations, Zimbabwe broke India’s record of 297 runs.
